We’re hiring for an international product company building a centralized data platform for a portfolio of subscription-based digital products.This is a hands-on greenfield role for a Senior Data Engineer who will help build Databricks on AWS, define core platform standards, and create reliable datasets for analytics and business reporting.

  • What you’ll doBuild and operate Databricks on AWS with the Data and DevOps teams
  • Develop ingestion pipelines from PostgreSQL, S3, APIs, webhooks, and SaaS platforms
  • Implement incremental loads, backfills, idempotent reprocessing, and schema-change handling
  • Design Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers using S3 and Delta Lake
  • Unify payments data across products, including users, subscriptions, transactions, renewals, refunds, and chargebacks
  • Build Databricks Jobs/Workflows, monitoring, freshness checks, reconciliation, and data-quality controls
  • Contribute to Unity Catalog, permissions, service principals, and governance
  • Manage infrastructure changes through Terraform and Git-based workflows
  • Optimize compute, SQL workloads, and storage for reliability and cost
  • Deliver trusted data models for revenue, churn, LTV, CAC, product funnels, and attribution


  • What we’re looking forStrong production Data Engineering experience
  • Advanced Python and SQL
  • Hands-on production experience with Databricks and Spark/PySpark
  • AWS experience, particularly with S3 and IAM
  • Experience ingesting data from PostgreSQL or other relational databases
  • Strong knowledge of incremental pipelines, backfills, idempotency, and reprocessing
  • Experience with data modelling and medallion architecture
  • Data quality, monitoring, and troubleshooting experience
  • Git and CI/CD
  • Ability to work independently in a greenfield environment
  • Strong advantagesTerraform / Infrastructure as Code
  • Unity Catalog
  • Databricks Workflows or Lakeflow
  • AWS networking, VPC, or EKS
  • CDC, AWS DMS, or Debezium
  • Subscription and payments data
