Senior Data Analyst / BI Specialist (Power BI & Microsoft Fabric)📍 Location: Remote - Must be within the EU

We’re partnering with a highly data-driven pharmaceutical organisation that’s scaling its analytics capability and investing heavily in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric as core platforms.

They’re looking for an expert-level Data Analyst / BI Specialist who can take ownership of complex data solutionssomeone who combines deep technical expertise with a strong commercial mindset.

• What you’ll be doing:Designing and delivering enterprise-grade Power BI solutions
• Writing advanced DAX to support complex, high-performance reporting
• Building and optimising large-scale data models within Fabric
• Leveraging Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse / Semantic Models) to support scalable analytics
• Partnering closely with senior stakeholders to shape reporting and drive business decisions
• Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights

• What they’re looking for:Expert-level experience with Power BI and DAX
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric
• Proven track record working with large-scale / enterprise data models
• Deep understanding of dimensional modelling (star schema)
• A strong business and stakeholder engagement mindset
• Experience operating in fast-paced, data-led environments
