OVERVIEW

Here at Waters View we are a small and friendly Resident home for the over 65’s. We are looking for a kind and caring person to join our family team. At full capacity we have 15 Residents and we pride ourselves on being a home from home for our lovely Residents. The successful candidate will be bubbly and warm. We offer on the job training and full support. We like to put our staff forward for personal and career development, with the opportunity for in house progression.

Role Specific Duties:

• Ensure Residents are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing
• To ensure that all staff contribute to the efficient running of the service and supervise staff
• Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support
• Administer medication precisely throughout the day as required.

Working with Others:

• Develop effective working relationships with other employees within Waters View Residential Home
• Work in cooperation with members of the multi-disciplinary teams to maximise opportunities for Residents

Leading by Example:

• Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth

Personal Responsibilities:

• Attend statutory training and any other training as directed by the management
