ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

  • DCC & LCI Coordinator in the Project.
  • Depending on the size and type of project, hold the position of Project DCC & LCI Lead.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of plans, procedures, processes and training materials for DCC & LCI in the Project.
  • Responsible for the configuration and maintenance of systems and tools for DCC & LCI in the Project.
  • Maintain good quality of deliverables in accordance with Company and Project requirements and Best Practice.
  • Preparation of transmittals and ensure correct submission.
  • Liaise with the Client DCC & LCI responsible to ensure Client’s requirements are properly implemented in the Project.
  • Liaise with other departments in the Project to ensure any requirements related to DCC & LCI are properly incorporated in their strategies, plans, procedures, processes, tools and systems, aligning in the exchange of information between systems and tools.
  • Assist other departments in the Project and make sure that all involved roles are aware of the criticality of the delivery with respect to the DCC & LCI deliverables.
  • Assist the Project Procurement and Contracting department in the definition and follow up of DCC & LCI requirements for the procurement packages and contracts in the Project.
  • Liaise with other members in the Project Services department to support the development of strategies, plans, procedures, processes, systems and tools related to Schedule, Progress and Cost Management, aligning in the exchange of information between systems and tools.
  • Assist other members in the Project Services department in the preparation of
  • Project weekly and monthly reports in accordance with internal and external
  • requirements.
  • Ensures the transfer of completion documentation to Client’s database.
  • Contribute to Change Management activities in the Project.
  • Contribute to Risk Management activities in the Project.
  • Contribute to experience transfer and lessons learned activities in the Project.
  • Support the development of the strategy for DCC & LCI in the Company, making
  • sure it meets the current and future needs.
  • Support the development of plans, procedures, processes, and training materials
  • for DCC & LCI in the Company.
  • Support the development and implementation of systems and tools for DCC &LCI in the Company.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the wind industry or the oil and gasindustry, working for EPCI/EPCIC contractors or big developers.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as Senior DCC Coordinator and/or Senior LCIcoordinator.
  • Long relevant experience and/or additional qualifications can compensate for lackof relevant formal education.
  • Long relevant experience can compensate for lack of experience in a Seniorposition.
  • Sound Experience with ProArc. Relevant experience with PIMS would be a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Packages.
  • Proficient in English, both orally and written.
  • Good communication and cooperation skills
