Strategic Ventures is currently recruiting a Sr. Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) Planner to join our team at Ft. Meade, MD. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with joint planning processes, operational documentation, and integrating cyberspace capabilities into DoD operations. Responsibilities: Draft and edit operational documents including OPLANs, OPORDs, PLORDs, and FRAGOs Participate in Joint Planning Groups (JPGs) and Operational Planning Teams (OPTs) Develop and integrate DODIN and defensive cyberspace capabilities into operational plans Support action officers with planning efforts, providing advice and feedback on draft plans Identify expressed and implied missions and responsibilities in reviewed plans Develop concepts of support, courses of action, and integrate command/external capabilities Conduct research and analysis of DoD cyberspace policies, events, and operations Provide subject matter expertise in areas such as: Cyberspace Protection Team (CPT) employment, OSINT analysis, Targeting processes, and Exercise planning Produce planning reports (approx. 20 pages) up to 20 times per year Provide knowledge management support by facilitating the creation, sharing, and effective use of organizational knowledge to achieve mission objectives Requirements Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience required TS/SCI/CI Poly Required Familiarity with Joint Planning Process and DoD cyberspace operations Strong written communication and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively in joint and interagency environments
