Description: We are seeking a Senior Dealer to join our dynamic dealing team, responsible for executing trades across multiple asset classes, managing client orders, monitoring market movements, and contributing to the development of effective trading strategies. Main tasks and responsibilities • Execute client and proprietary trades in FX, commodities, indices, and other instruments promptly and accurately. • Monitor global financial markets, economic news, and key indicators to identify trading opportunities and risks. • Manage client orders, ensuring best execution in line with company policies and regulatory standards. • Oversee risk exposure by monitoring open positions, hedging when required, and ensuring adherence to trading limits. • Manage liquidity and oversee liquidity flows • Work with bridge systems, including FXCubic and other bridge management technologies • Supervise and support junior dealers, providing guidance, training, and oversight. • Lead and manage team performance as part of daily dealing operations. • Liaise with liquidity providers, brokers, and counterparties to maintain smooth trade execution and competitive pricing. • Prepare daily and intraday reports on market activity, positions, and P&L for management. • Assist in developing and implementing trading strategies to improve profitability and efficiency. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management frameworks. • Act as escalation point for complex trade issues or client escalations. Education and Experience • Trading Platforms: Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5 and multi-asset platforms. • Bridge Technology: Good experience with bridge technology and liquidity management. • Experience executing trades across all trading asset classes, including Stocks, Options, and Fixed Income. • 8+ years of hands-on experience in dealing. • Risk Management: Solid understanding of exposure monitoring, hedging, and execution flows. • Shift Rotation: Flexibility to work in rotation, including overnight shifts. • Industry Experience: 4+ years in financial markets (brokerage or trading environment Why join CFI? •We’re a fast-growing, multinational company •Competitive salaries and benefits •Work and learn with industry professions •Supportive and collaborative environment •Unlimited opportunities for growth and development
