JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Experience & Knowledge:

  • At least 5–8-year experience in a similar role with knowledge on RA, Sky Air Ducted and non-Ducted, Package Units, Air Purifier and Rooftop products
  • Familiar with the HVAC Distribution/Dealer industry trends and competition
  • Strong understanding and work exposure to HVAC industry within designated territory
  • Awareness of contractual terms & conditions
  • Strong network of business contacts including but not limited to dealers, consultants, contractors and subcontractors
  • UAE or GCC driving license

Education:

  • Mechanical Engineering Degree

Skills:

  • Effective communication skills (presentation, negotiation and influencing)
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills

Responsibilities
  • Identify, establish, and manage a strong dealer and contractor sales network for Daikin unitary products in the KSA market.
  • Handle complex projects and lead high-level commercial negotiations
  • Focus on promoting and selling unitary product lines including RA, Sky Air Ducted and non-Ducted, Package Units, Air Purifier and Rooftop
  • Develop and enhance opportunities from consulting engineers regarding unitary products
  • Identify and appoint new dealers within assigned territory to expand market coverage
  • Maximize sales and ensure strong profit margins across the assigned territory and key accounts.
  • Provide sales support to dealers, highlighting product advantages, key features, and competitive benefits to drive performance and sales.
  • Act as an intermediary between our dealers and Daikin, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.Directly manage sales of assigned products through personal account portfolio and responsible for payment collection
