At Marshall Freeman Collections, we’re seeking an experienced Senior Debt Collector who thrives on turning challenges into resolutions. If you’re skilled in dispute resolution, negotiation and managing high-value debt portfolios then we want to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this full-time position, you’ll be working with a dynamic, high-performing team on the Gold Coast. You’ll work as part of a high-performing team to resolve larger, often complex debts, partnering with both businesses and individuals to achieve fair, effective outcomes together.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

· Managing and negotiating recovery of high-value debt accounts
· Using dispute resolution and negotiation skills to achieve win-win outcomes
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
· Thinking strategically to overcome obstacles and close cases
· Navigating compliance requirements and legal processes
· Collaborating with internal teams to improve recovery strategies
