Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Develop and deliver both regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboard for leadership to help driven decision-making Manage, organize and present analytics data, key metrics and KPIs Participate in workgroups, providing analytics data and insights to inform initiatives Develop and drive multiple cross-departmental projects Establish brand and team as subject matter experts in Analytics across departments, including clickstream Working knowledge of tools (e.g. SQL, SAS, Hive) to pull and process data from various database environments. Strong knowledge of CS fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, OO design and patterns 5+ years of software development experience with Object Oriented Languages (C# preferred or Java) 3+ years developing cloud-based solutions utilizing Azure technologies (Cosmos DB, App Services, Azure Functions, etc.) 3+ years experience with CI/CD automation (Jenkins or Azure DevOps), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or ARM templates), monitoring and alerting Experience implementing microservice patterns and RESTful API designs. Experience implementing GraphQL services and/or NodeJS development beneficial but not required. Experience in designing and implementing scalable, distributed, performant and secure systems Puts the Customer First: Has a relentless focus on the customer.
