Responsibilities Model Development: Research and design advanced deep learning architectures to enhance the vehicle's perception stack. System Design: Build neural networks for sensor fusion, object detection, scene understanding, and behavior modeling. Pipeline Automation: Establish and manage automated training pipelines to drive continuous performance gains. Deployment: Integrate, validate, and launch production-ready AI solutions onto the autonomous platform. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with System Engineering, Localization, and Planning teams to ensure a safe and deployable system. Requirements Advanced Education: PhD or a highly qualified MS in Robotics, Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or a related field. Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience developing machine learning solutions specifically for autonomous systems. Mathematical Foundation: Strong expertise in linear algebra, data structures, and algorithm design. Programming Skills: Professional proficiency in both C/C++ and Python. Domain Passion: A dedicated interest in solving complex, real-world robotics challenges within autonomous driving.
