Description
Senior Delivery Lead Who We Are: AND Digital is a tech company focused on accelerating digital delivery and dedicated to closing the digital skills gap. Since 2014, we have helped organisations build better products and stronger teams; today, we lead them into the agentic era by designing human + digital operating models. We go beyond simple automation to bridge the gap between AI ambition and capability, helping enterprises transition from scattered pilots to scaled, agent ready architectures that empower humans and AI agents to collaborate safely and productively. We believe our work should always make a remarkable impact for our clients. We do this through our regional offices (or ‘Clubs’) building strong relationships with our partners, so that they are always prioritised by a team within close proximity. This unique model has driven success for our clients and ourselves, evidenced by our remarkable organic growth since 2014. Today we number more than 1,300 people with Clubs all over the UK, Europe and the USA with plans for global expansion in the next couple of years. Join us - and help us fulfil our mission to close the world’s digital skills gap. Key Responsibilities: Delivery of outcomes: Own and drive end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives from planning to execution to ongoing optimisation to ensure realisation of target outcomes. Ensure predictable, timely, and high-quality delivery of outcomes aligned with business priorities. Manage dependencies, risks, and constraints across squads, platforms, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Own delivery planning, sequencing, milestones, and execution tracking across teams. Ensure a clear path to production, including operational readiness and post-release follow-up. Cross-discipline collaboration to ensure delivery plans are realistic, prioritised, and executable. Improve delivery processes and tooling to reduce execution friction through the application of GenAI tools. Assurance: Proactively identify delivery risks and issues that may impact timelines, scope, quality or cost. Drive mitigation plans and escalate when necessary to ensure delivery and outcome commitments are met. Resolve execution blockers by coordinating across teams and leadership. Metrics and reporting: Track and report delivery metrics such as progress against outcomes, milestones, dependencies, predictability, lead time, and throughput. Use data-driven insights to identify delivery bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Provide clear delivery status, risks, and forecasts to senior stakeholders. Stakeholder management Partner with cross-discipline stakeholders to align delivery / product outcomes with business objectives. Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication, transparency, and realistic planning. Foster collaboration across squads while maintaining delivery accountability. Continuous improvement Identify opportunities to improve delivery effectiveness, execution models, and ways of working. Support teams in refining processes to improve efficiency, quality, and predictability. Apply lessons learned from delivery outcomes to improve future execution. Inspire others: Remain hands on by championing and influencing the delivery direction of engagements being led by yourself or the Club (your business unit). Provide delivery guidance and advice to clients; being able to observe the problems closely and propose applicable solutions. Coach, mentor and develop high-performing teams through implementing delivery methods and adopting the behaviours associated with high performance. Experience in defining AI delivery strategies that includes governance, ethics, and productivity benchmarks to optimise the product lifecycle and team effectiveness.
