Champion PALO IT’s Gen-e2 AI-enhanced delivery approach to boost team productivity and efficiency while building high-performing teams
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, adeptly managing complex stakeholder environments and ensuring smooth alignment between technical delivery and business goals
Contribute to business growth through pre-sales activities, providing delivery expertise, effort estimation, and SOW development
Partner with cross-functional teams at all levels to establish delivery strategies, manage project risks, and maintain consistent agile practices
Drive continuous improvement by analysing metrics, optimising processes, and cultivating long-term client partnerships
Report directly to the COO on portfolio health, delivery performance, and strategic initiatives
