About the role – Full-time, 12-month fixed term contract Be part of our transformation journey and join us as Senior Delivery Lead and help shape the digital banking experience that powers our members every day. Lead the delivery of large, complex strategic initiatives that drive meaningful transformation and value across the organisation. Partner closely with Product Owners and senior stakeholders to turn strategy into outcomes, while enabling high-performing, self-organising teams to deliver with quality, pace and impact. This is an opportunity to shape how change is delivered across a major transformation portfolio while mentoring and uplifting delivery capability. Key responsibilities include:   * Leading the delivery of large and complex strategic initiatives within a program/value stream, ensuring prioritised backlogs and technical projects are delivered with quality, pace and measurable business value. * Partnering closely with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to translate strategy into delivery outcomes, ensuring initiatives drive value creation, business adoption and successful value realisation. * Creating high-performing, self-organising delivery teams by mentoring delivery resources, removing blockers, and fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and delivery excellence. * Driving end-to-end project execution including planning, sprint/iteration management, dependency coordination, risk and issue management, and deployment activities across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments. * Building strong executive and stakeholder relationships, maintaining transparent communication with business owners, program leadership and sponsors on progress, risks, financials and outcomes. * Ensuring disciplined governance and financial oversight, managing budgets, forecasts, quality controls and cross-program dependencies to optimise delivery outcomes across the broader change portfolio. About you  You will succeed in this role if you have: * Extensive project delivery experience with a proven track record managing large, complex strategic initiatives within enterprise environments. * Strong expertise across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies, with the ability to adapt approaches to maximise delivery outcomes. * Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the confidence to work closely with Product Owners, executives and cross-functional teams. * Ability to lead and mentor delivery teams, fostering high-performing, self-organising teams and promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. * Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, comfortable navigating complexity, managing competing priorities and removing delivery blockers. * Sound financial and governance capability, including managing budgets, forecasts, risks, issues and dependencies across multiple initiatives. * Experience delivering change within financial services or similarly regulated environments, with an understanding of business, technology and operational interdependencies. * A proactive, delivery-focused mindset, committed to driving quality outcomes, business adoption and measurable value realisation.
