SENIOR DELIVERY LEAD:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Delivery Lead for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

SENIOR DELIVERY LEAD - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Delivery Lead will focus on delivering a credit card launch portfolio, leading agile ceremonies, managing sprints, and ensuring clear initiative reporting. You will play a central role in shaping delivery outcomes and contributing to a collaborative team culture.

SENIOR DELIVERY LEAD - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • 5-10 years of leading transformational change
  • Strong outcomes-driven delivery experience, with a track record of leading complex initiatives to completion
  • Proven ability to impact and influence cross-functional partners and key stakeholders, both internal and external, across varying levels of seniority
  • Solid financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and contracts
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and managing delivery within hybrid environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, Confluence, Mural, LeanKit, TSYS, and Originate

SENIOR DELIVERY LEAD – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with MURAL, LeanKit, Jira, Confluence
  • Experience with digital product and capability delivery
  • Experience with credit card launches, loyalty programs, and experience-focused digital transformation
  • PMP certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery of key initiatives within a complex transformation portfolio through planning, managing, and tracking sprints and leading agile ceremonies to ensure high-velocity execution
  • Build trust-based relationships and influence across internal teams and external vendors
  • Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and interdependencies with clear action plans
  • Track and manage financials, including budgets, forecasts, estimates, invoices, and SOWs
  • Maintain timely and clear initiative reporting across timelines, scope, risks, and financial health
  • Contribute to a delivery culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, and adaptability
