Your New Role We have a 12-month max-term contract role for a Senior Delivery Manager to join the newly formed Technology, Digital & Data team. The role is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of new products and enhancements, for the assigned Data technology platforms. You will lead and deliver change for complex programs & projects impacting the platforms, whilst maintaining cadence for ongoing BAU change on the platforms in alignment with BAU resource allocations. Reporting to the Senior Manger this role sits within Data Services Engineering team and is key to leading primarily Data and AI initiatives in partnership with domain stakeholders to deliver value in an iterative fashion. The successful candidate will have proven experience in hands on Delivery Management of highly technical Data projects whilst also being able to ideate, shape and manage expectations with stakeholders. Equally, critical to success is an understanding of Agile ways of working and adopting a continuous delivery mindset in shaping use cases, prioritising and delivering with transparency and efficiency. Key responsibilities will include; Drive demand management, promoting early engagement with Enterprise Technology to assess technology impacts, dependencies and do-ability Manage the facilitation of technology costs and timeframe estimates for input to business case and/or lean canvas Pro-actively engage to create, prioritise, maintain, and manage backlog within the portfolio, showcasing scrum mastery and management of agile ceremonies. Utilise consistent agile practices across the portfolio to help shift the team from delivering technical outcomes to business value Partner closely with Technology teams to orchestrate technology outcomes in line with defined priorities. What You’ll Need Deep experience managing highly complex technology projects and/or portfolio management, including applications and infrastructure experience. Strong experience in delivering initiatives utilising agile techniques and waterfall. Strategic thinking with proven experience in leading high-profile projects Resilient, engaging and passionate about motivating employees to drive exceptional business and individual performance, and an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams Developed stakeholder relationship skills, including ability to initiate, maintain and develop relationships with staff from all levels of the Fund. High level facilitation skills and capable management of group dynamics that lead to the effective facilitation, guidance and negotiation of successful outcomes.
