We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Delivery Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the IT Services Lifecycle, ensuring that all services are evaluated, tracked, and formally accepted into production. You will work closely with various teams to meet agreed service levels while ensuring compliance with service readiness requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of IT experience
  • Experience managing service transition in IT environments
  • Team leadership experience
  • Knowledge of service architecture and solution design
  • Proficiency in ITIL & Service Management practices
  • Understanding of solution architecture documents
  • Service-oriented mindset, with the capability to work independently and persistently
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (up to C level)
Responsibilities
  • Complete and maintain the Capital Markets Service Transition Process (STP) from conceptualization through live operation for ST small project engagements
  • Conduct Change Assurance activities against Cap Markets controls
  • Manage ST Governance calls and produce materials with the assistance of a Design & Transition Lead/Manager
  • Develop end-to-end support structures for new and changing services, including processes, SLAs, and KPIs
  • Act as a gatekeeper to ensure effective transfer to operations for all new or significantly changed services
  • Provide and maintain fully detailed services aligned to ITIL standard processes
  • Ensure delivery of lifecycle resourcing, training, tooling, support, and documentation with formal project sign-off
  • Represent the Capital Markets Operations team in all project meetings to define and implement service acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with Architects, Project Managers, Business Owners, Service Owners, and Business Operations teams for compliant service delivery
  • Establish effective performance metrics and service levels for new services
  • Participate in collaborator groups to enhance future delivery efficiency and processes
