Senior Delivery Manager I
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Delivery Manager I to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role, you will manage the successful delivery of value from multiple squads or even an entire product comprised of multiple squads. You will be expected to coordinate and communicate effectively across various departments, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of value from multiple squads or a product made up of multiple squads.
• Coordinate seamlessly with various stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
• Promote and uphold Agile best practices within your squads.
• Actively participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Review and utilize delivery metrics to drive improvements and ensure the squads or product is on track to deliver value.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other Delivery Managers, helping them grow and advance in their roles.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a delivery management role, preferably within an Agile environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams or a product effectively.
• Strong understanding of the Agile methodology and its application in a real-world setting.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
