What you'll do

• Lead high-performing and multidisciplinary agile teams to deliver complex digital products and services
• Build trusted client relationships and keep delivery focused on outcomes
• Shape delivery plans, manage dependencies, risks, budgets and resources
• Lead agile ceremonies, governance and effective decision-making
• Coach colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement across our Delivery Management community

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience leading the successful delivery of complex digital or software projects using Agile methodologies
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across digital, user-centred design, software or DevOps environments
• Strong delivery assurance, risk, dependency and stakeholder management skills
• Technical understanding and confidence working with technical teams
• Commercial experience across budgets, resources, contracts or Statements of Work
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and change
• A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement

It would be great if you also have

• Experience delivering services against the Government Digital Service (GDS) Service Standard
• Experience working in digital consultancy or transformation, particularly with UK public sector clients
• An understanding of cloud technologies, modern software engineering and DevOps practices
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro or Azure DevOps
