You will be a key driver of the 'Integrated Audience Platform' (IAP) vision, building a seamless digital ecosystem for flagship brands including The Sydney Morning Herald, and The Australian Financial Review. The Role As a Senior Delivery Manager, you are accountable for the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-risk products. You will lead high-performing teams, remove delivery blockers, and act as the primary point of escalation across the product lifecycle. What You'll Be Doing: Delivery Momentum: Facilitate multi-team planning and mitigate cross-team risks to ensure large-scale outcomes. Agile Leadership: Drive portfolio-wide agile maturity by scaling and improving practices to deliver continuous value. Culture & Coaching: Role-model a mindset of trust and ownership. Use high-EQ coaching to empower teams to solve problems independently. Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with tech and product leadership to ensure data-informed decisions and alignment with organizational goals. What We’re Looking For: Scale: Proven experience leading multiple cross-functional teams to deliver complex digital products. Agile Mastery: Expert command of Agile/Lean principles and experience scaling them across a portfolio. Risk Management: Ability to proactively manage delivery flow, impediments, and complex dependencies. Influence: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align senior technical and non-technical leadership. Bonus Points: Change Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams through organisational change and successfully embedding new or evolving operational processes. AI Native: Experience working within AI-native teams or a demonstrated ability to help traditional teams adapt to and integrate AI-centric workflows and tools.
