Description

UBDS is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead high-impact service transformation projects, with a strong focus on automation and enterprise reporting through the ServiceNow platform. You’ll oversee complex delivery programmes, working with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and deliver measurable outcomes across a major client estate. This role suits someone with proven experience in IT service transformation, particularly within public sector or regulated environments, and a track record of managing delivery across Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies. A strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB, along with experience in enterprise reporting and automation, is essential. Key skills & experience: End-to-end project delivery across complex service transformation programmes ServiceNow (ITSM, CMDB) and automation implementation experience Strong stakeholder engagement and governance skills Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) desirable Familiarity with API integrations, data security, and reporting frameworks Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
