Description

UBDS is seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead complex, high impact technology transformation projects across public sector and financial services clients. This role focuses on delivering outcomes across Cloud, Network, and enterprise technology change programmes, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through to completion. As a proven leader in project and programme delivery, you will manage multiple workstreams, engage senior stakeholders, and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams. You’ll bring expertise in handling large-scale projects within regulated environments, ensuring governance, risk management, and compliance are embedded throughout. What we’re looking for: Demonstrated experience as a Senior Delivery Manager or Senior Project Manager delivering technology transformation projects. Strong background in Cloud migrations, Network modernisation, and enterprise technology change. Ability to manage delivery across Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies, adapting approaches to suit client needs. Proven track record of working with senior stakeholders and managing complex dependencies in multi-supplier environments. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes.
