We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team. This is a key role focused on accelerating pipeline growth through smart, scalable, and measurable campaigns across the buyer journey. You’ll lead our ABM programs, SEO content, lead nurturing campaigns, emails, blogs and paid ads strategy, with a sharp focus on performance, conversion, and impact.
This role is ideal for a hands-on B2B marketer who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to shape the full-funnel demand generation function at a scaling AdTech company.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally within adtech, martech or with a SaaS background. Knowledge of the gaming industry is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns in HubSpot, including workflows, segmentation, email, website/landing page creation and reporting.
  • Proven ability to run and optimize successful full-funnel lead generation and ABM campaigns across email and content, with a limited paid media budget.
  • Strong native-level English writing skills, with a track record of creating compelling, high-performing marketing content.
  • Strong grasp of SEO, with interest in how AI and generative engines are changing the landscape.
  • Data-driven with a curious mind. You love testing, learning, improving performance, and always looking for breakout growth channels.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong communicator with a collaborative mindset and commercial focus.
Responsibilities
  • Build and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive quality leads and pipeline.
  • Create and manage lead nurturing workflows, newsletters, and email campaigns in HubSpot.
  • Develop and run targeted ABM programs that include email sequences, paid ads, blogs, and tailored landing pages.
  • Write and optimise high-converting content — from landing pages and emails to SEO-driven blog posts.
  • Own paid media strategy and execution across platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit, and programmatic.
  • Own website SEO and conversion optimisation, continuously testing and improving performance.
  • Work closely with corporate and product marketing to align messaging and campaign strategy.
  • Track and report on performance metrics including MQLs, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.
