THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking a strategic and driven Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our Marketing team reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing. As Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for owning the strategy and execution of demand generation programs that drive high-quality pipeline across our public safety customer base. You’ll design, implement, and refine multi-channel campaigns that align with our go-to-market strategy, with a high collaboration with sales team.
This is a high-impact role for a self-starter with proven experience in public safety or government sectors, excellent collaboration skills, and a deep understanding of what it takes to influence buying decisions in complex sales cycles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5+ years in demand generation, ABM or growth marketing roles.
  • Experience working with account based marketing specifically 1 to 1 account support
  • Demonstrated experience working in or marketing to public safety, law enforcement, or government sectors a plus
  • Deep understanding of GTM strategy and the ability to operationalize it through measurable marketing programs.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and optimizing for results.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment is a plus.
  • Comfort with both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities
  • Translate company-wide GTM plans into actionable demand generation initiatives, aligned with sales and product marketing.
  • Build and scale ABM campaigns targeting strategic public safety accounts including law enforcement, municipalities, and government agencies. Use intent data and account insights to tailor messaging and tactics.
  • Own multi-touch, full-funnel campaign planning and execution across channels including email, paid media, webinars, direct mail, and field events.
  • Pipeline & Revenue Impact: Partner closely with sales and marketing operations to track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI. Optimize campaigns to meet pipeline goals.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Sales Enablement,Product Marketing, Content, PR, Creative, Events & Revenue Operations) to ensure cohesive messaging, timely enablement, and efficient hand-offs.
  • Leverage industry insights to craft persona-specific outreach that speaks to the unique challenges and goals of public safety professionals (e.g., chiefs, patrol commanders, analysts or city officials).
  • Understanding martech stack from Salesforce, Sales Nav, Seismic, Gong, 6sense (or Demandbase)
  • Understand the use of tech stack to segment audiences, automate campaigns, and analyze performance data.
