Merchandising at Castlery balances art and analytics — building thoughtful assortments that speak to both style and strategy

• Gain a strong grasp of the assortment, internal processes, and commonly used tools and resources.
• Take full ownership of the demand planning S&OP cycle, including monthly forecast revisions, strike price management, and assortment analysis.
• Partner effectively with the SCO team to troubleshoot and resolve baseline forecast challenges.
• Collaborate closely with Category Planning and Sales Planning teams to provide actionable sales and forecast insights that help address category-specific issues.
