You will develop accurate demand forecasts for the Southeast Asia region. We ask that you have strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven mindset to support business decisions, improve forecast accuracy, and lead supply chain efficiency. You will be reporting directly to Demand Manager, Industrial Coating.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in demand planning, or supply chain roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions); experience with planning tools such as SAP IBP, APO, Oracle, or similar is an advantage.
• Work across different countries and time zones.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to support collaboration with regional teams and stakeholders

• Develop, maintain, and improve rolling forecasts for products across the Southeast Asia markets.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to align demand assumptions and ensure forecast accuracy.
• Lead the demand planning portion of the monthly S&OP process.
• Analyse historical data, market trends, promotions, and customer input to produce accurate forecast models.
• Identify and explain forecast variances, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend actions for improvement.
• Partner with supply planning to manage inventory levels and service performance.
• Support new product launches, product phase-outs, and seasonal demand changes through planning.
• Prepare demand planning reports and dashboards to support our visibility and decision-making.
• Ensure planning master data is accurate and up to date in relevant systems (e.g., SAP IBP, APO, or Excel tools)
