Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Demand Planning Manager to lead our global demand planning process. This role requires a proactive leader with strong analytical skills, exceptional collaboration capabilities, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. The Senior Demand Planning Manager will deliver accurate, insight-driven forecasts aligned with commercial strategy to fuel business growth and optimize inventory performance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Senior Demand Planning Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end demand planning process to ensure accurate, timely, and aligned forecasts across commercial and regional teams. This role drives forecast accuracy for optimized inventory levels, supports new product launch planning, and ensures strategic alignment between sell-in and sell-out performance. Core Active Demand Forecasting, Analytics & Reporting: Drive the 18-month Rolling Forecast process ensuring regional teams provide timely, accurate, and fully validated forecast submissions Be the Super User of Demand Planning tool and regularly validate that regional planners apply necessary adjustments including outliers and proportional factors in the demand plan to create accurate forecast Lead the monthly Demand Review meetings, ensuring forecasts are data-driven, and aligned with commercial strategies while fully understanding assumptions behind forecast Lead the monthly Demand Summary Meeting highlighting all major changes in forecast and forecast comparison vs Latest Estimate and Budget Animate the Forecast KPIs (FA & Bias) to identify actionable insights Lead the Monthly review of Forecast Accuracy & Bias metrics with an action plan and root cause analysis Conduct detailed analyses of sell-out vs. sell-in to ensure demand assumptions reflect true market performance Monitor product lifecycle, slow-movers, and portfolio health to support rationalization decisions Act as the bridge between global and regional teams, ensuring that assumptions, priorities, and methods are consistently applied across all markets to reduce discrepancies in forecasts and planning Promote continuous improvement by sharing best practices and fostering an analytical and data-driven culture Newness Forecasting: Lead the newness forecasting process and ensure all markets follow the established guidance, including benchmark standards and business mix requirements Work closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain to define launch quantities/order proposal based on required Safety stocks and cannibalization assumptions Lead the review of Newness Forecast Evolution in Demand Summary /S&OP meeting to review major changes vs Prelim forecast, highlighting drivers by market Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Finance, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred) Experience: 7-10+ years of experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain roles Proven experience managing multi-market forecasts in FMCG, Beauty, Retail, or Consumer Goods (preferred) Strong background in forecasting tools (Future Master, SAP APO, IBP, Anaplan, O9 or similar) Experience leading cross-functional meetings and managing senior stakeholders Technical Skills: Ability to work with complex SKU portfolios and large datasets Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Power BI is an advantage Solid understanding of forecasting models and scenario planning Soft Skills: Highly proactive with a “can-do” attitude and strong ownership mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and drive results Leadership capability to mentor and guide regional planners Monthly “Self Love Days” – at company discretion Premium Medical/Dental/Vision coverage for employee plus dependents Monthly coaching sessions with our in-house Success Coach Employee discounts on all Huda Beauty products Quarterly product gifting Huda Beauty is committed to building diverse and inclusive teams and upholding an equal employment workplace that is free from discrimination.
