As a Senior Demand and Supply Manager based in our Warwick office, this is a key opportunity to lead and shape inventory operations at scale. You’ll be responsible for: Lead, manage and develop the Inventory Managers, team of 5 -6 direct reports, ensuring all processes are operated consistently and to a high level of quality Effectively utilise Oracle SCM for forecasting and planning to identify exceptions and take appropriate actions to ensure consistency of inventory planning KPIs Monitor and analyse actual performance versus forecast and provide financial analysis, including KPIs, for management decision making Monitor and analyse weekly/monthly/quarterly performance against Demand/Supply plans This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday-Friday 40 hours a week, with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week. Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data and insights to drive inventory decisions and process improvements. Proven ability to lead and embed change across supply functions, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained adoption. Track record of leading high-performing teams in dynamic, high-SKU environments. Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning in fast-paced, evolving settings. Adept at building trusted, cross-functional partnerships across Commercial, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and senior leadership. We look forward to receiving your application!
