THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Dental Nurse to join our team at our Kentish Town clinic, with occasional cover at our Worcester Park site. You’ll be central to ensuring excellent patient care and smooth clinical operations across general, private, and NHS services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, mentor, and support the clinical team, including dental nurses and assistants.
• Chairside assist across general, cosmetic, and specialist procedures.
• Maintain compliance with HTM 01-05 and CQC standards.
• Oversee sterilisation and infection control procedures.
• Manage stock, treatment room efficiency, and daily clinical tasks.
• Provide an exceptional patient experience at every step of their journey.
• Support reception, TCO, and admin duties when needed.
• Participate in social media and marketing initiatives.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

• Welcome patients and manage front-of-house duties when required
• Support treatment coordination and financial arrangements
• Maintain and update accurate clinical records
• Work collaboratively to fill last-minute appointment vacancies
• Participate in team projects and contribute to a positive clinic environment
