We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented senior Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office by providing exceptional front desk support and maintaining a welcoming environment for our patients. This position requires proficiency in medical terminology, familiarity with dental software, and strong administrative skills to manage daily office tasks efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role within a dental office is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
  • Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Epic) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with patients and staff.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
