POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Senior Denture Technician to join our dental laboratory team. The successful candidate will be highly skilled in the design, fabrication, repair, and adjustment of full and partial dentures. As a senior member of the team, you will oversee complex cases, ensure quality control, mentor junior technicians, and collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to deliver outstanding results for patients.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in dental technology with a focus on removable prosthetics.
  • Advanced skills in full and partial denture construction, repairs, and adjustments.
  • Experience with digital denture workflows (CAD/CAM, 3D printing) preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex cases.
  • Leadership experience and ability to mentor junior staff.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with dental professionals.
Responsibilities
  • Denture Fabrication: Design and construct complete and partial dentures using modern techniques and materials.
  • Repairs & Relines: Perform relines, rebases, and repairs to existing dentures with precision and efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished prosthetics to ensure they meet functional, aesthetic, and safety standards.
  • Case Planning: Collaborate with dentists on treatment planning, case setup, and troubleshooting complex cases.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with new techniques, digital workflows (e.g., CAD/CAM, 3D printing), and industry standards.
  • Mentorship: Train and guide junior technicians, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
  • Lab Management Support: Assist with scheduling, workflow prioritization, and maintaining lab equipment.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and timelines.
