As a member of our Depositary team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to provide international investment managers with comprehensive custody and banking services to meet their alternative investment strategies. Your Role: * Track a portfolio of approximately 50+ Other Asset funds and match all trades they make to underlying legal documents (or evidence of repayment). * Gather evidence to support reverification of fund ownership from Investment managers, AIFMs, lead agent bank notices, economic benefits from ownership accruing to the fund, interest payments and loan repayments and roll-over. * Deliver timely organized documentation to the depositary oversight team. * Contribute improved quality and timeliness to Citco’s depositary teams. * Be the point of escalation for missing Other Asset verification documentation. * Enhance procedures related to the end-to-end Other Asset verification documentation management function. About You: * Have a background in accounting or in finance, ideally with a minimum of 3 years’ prior experience. * Have experience working with some of the following asset classes - private equity, infrastructure, debt or real estate investment funds. * Are analytical and detail oriented. * Possess strong technical MS office skills. * Are organized, flexible, and results orientated team player. * Enjoy working in an international team. * Have strong written and spoken English.
