Job Description Visa is seeking a Sr. Product Designer for the Client Experience team within the larger Commercial Money Movement Services organization. This role is based in our London Paddington office and reports to the Director of UX and Product Management. This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders from design, technology, product, legal, and compliance within Visa Direct and beyond. Ideal candidates will have robust visual design experience, UX, UI, workshop facilitation, cross-functional team leadership, and excellent communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude. A customer-first mindset is essential and experience working closely with other designers and product managers is also a must. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their and their client’s needs - Champion Client Experience and advocate for our clients - Work closely with the larger design and product team to create UI designs ready for development - Crisp design portfolio demonstrating visual design skills - Lead design thinking workshops for stakeholders where necessary to help product understand who their users are, their pain points and the problems they’re solving - Collaborate with product, business and technology experts to define scope, create Figma screens, understand research ask/budget needs if applicable - Incorporate research into our Visa design process - ensure designs and interactions are user tested and iterate based on user feedback - Foster strong and lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels - Work closely with technology to foster a relationship and be involved in UAT and grooming sessions - Adopt agile processes with a continuous improvement mindset. - Be open to feedback from the design team and offer design critiques for the wider team from a consultation perspective This is a hybrid position, with an expectation to be in our London Paddington office for 3 set days a week or as business needs dictate. Qualifications Basic qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience OR PhD with 2+ years of experience. Preferred Experience: Financial services and payments experience with complex B2B tools Figma, Usertesting.com, Mobile app design experience, workshop facilitation, after effects Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
