We are currently seeking for a Senior Creative Designer, for our Design Department based in Milan.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree
• Portfolio
• Fluent in English
• Five years of previous Designer Director experience with solid managerial skills and ability to lead, coach and motivate team
• Experience Working with graphics software
• Exhibit fexibility to work both indipendently and in a team
• Creative thinking and design skills
• Good communication skills

• Lead Creative Team for developing innovative concepts and designs
• Create design idea
• Active partecipant in strategic planning and conceptual brainstorming
• Manage “creative proposals” including logos and other visuals
• Organize and manage workfow in order to efficently meet tight deadlines
• Manage, supervise and supporte the Creative Team
• Coordinate with the Account Team and Print Production Department to ensure met deadlines
• Coordinate with external suppliers
• Present concept and ideas to the Account Team/ Clients
