JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior / Design Engineer (ACMV / Mechanical) to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and development of ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems, with a focus on cleanroom environments . You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive design documentation, conducting room heat load calculations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in ACMV system design , preferably in cleanroom or high-tech facilities.
• Strong knowledge of cleanroom system design principles , airflow control, and contamination control.
• Proficient in room heat load calculation and HVAC design software
• Skilled in preparing proposal documents , technical specifications, and system layout drawings.
• Familiar with local ACMV codes and regulations
• Strong communication and coordination skills with an ability to work independently or in a team.

• Develop ACMV system designs including ducting, piping, equipment selection, and layout.
• Perform room heat load calculations and cleanroom airflow analysis.
• Prepare design proposals , technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
• Liaise with Client, Consultant and project team for the planning, execution, and completion of projects.
• Ensure all designs are in compliance with local codes, standards, and industry best practices .
• Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning when required.
• Review and update design documents based on project feedback and regulatory changes.
