Description
Job Purpose Know and applies the principles, practices and procedures of civil design engineer field of specialization to the completion of assignments in a right way. Key Accountabilities Preparing the arch drawings time schedule and co-ordinate with the project manager.. Preparing the arch drawings and the details. Follow up with the design office at every design stage to be sure that the design criteria, optimization of design and the final bill of quantity will fall within the project budget. Drawings to be checked prior to issuing it to client for approval. Co-ordinate with other concerned department to be sure that co-ordination with other activities has been taken into consideration e.g. indoor lighting, fire detection, cable trenches, openings, HVAC, outdoor lighting, lighting pole foundations….etc. Regular site visits (if needed) to check and report work progress. Conducting visits either to consultant or client where applicable for clarifications and expediting the approvals Qualification & Education: · Education: Bachelor degree in arch engineering. · Years of Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience. · Language: Good English & Arabic. · Computer skills: Microsoft office ,Autodesk Autocad, Design programs. Technical competencies: • Good computer skills. • Good command of English language. • Good communication skills.
Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing architectural drawings and schedules while coordinating with project managers and other departments. Ensures design criteria and budgets are met through rigorous checking and regular site visits.
