Description

Job Purpose: - Design and calculation for mechanical system Networks (Water Supply, Drainage, Storm, Irrigation, firefighting,) & water lifting stations and Waste/Sewage water treatment plants. Key Accountabilities: - Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), RFI (Request for information), correspondence…etc. to take into consideration all the project details during execution. Follow up the material submittals and communicate with the consultant to obtain the approval. Conduct estimated quantity survey to determine the quantity of material that need to be purchased or procured. Prepare RFIs and send them to the project consultant to obtain missing information and resolve all conflicts. Communicate with concerned departments to prepare the general project plan. Attending FATs. Contacting and following up suppliers. Follow-up with the subcontractors all issues related to engineering. Preparing of preliminarily base design drawings. Technical support at site. Attending meetings with other departments and suppliers. Issue Manufacturing Release. Finalize Purchase Request & Purchase order. Qualification & Education: Education: Bsc. For Mechanical or Civil (Sanitary Networks) Engineering Department Years of Experience: 5-7 Years of Experience Language: Very good command in English (Written & Spoken). Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, CAD, Water GEMS, Sewer GEMS, Storm CAD, and Revit Technical competencies: - Fast Learner Able to implement specs, codes, standards into Engineering outputs Good computer skills. (Deal with the computer design programs)

Responsibilities
