As a Senior Design Engineer, you will:
-Manage and lead a design team, providing direction, guidance, and performance monitoring.
-Support the development and evolution of policies and processes within the electrical design department.
-Drive efficiency improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
-Identify competency gaps and collaborate on training programs to enhance team development.
-Conduct network demand calculations and design Points of Connection (POCs) to deliver technical solutions and quotations.
