WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• We are seeking a qualified engineer with CPEng and/or RPEQ accreditation. These credentials are essential for ensuring the candidate meets professional engineering standards and can contribute effectively to our team’s success
• Ability to liaise with people at all levels from diverse cultural backgrounds
• A depth of experience in a similar role, working with all aspects of Formwork, Falsework and scaffolding designs
• Experience in management and staff development (desirable for senior design role)
• Highly skilled at coaching and mentoring engineers and developing team dynamic
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships
• Ability to work in a team and has a positive working attitude
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal

• Provide the design of formwork, shoring and scaffolding solutions using PERI products in accordance with PERI guidelines and practices, as well in accordance with Australian/New Zealand standards whilst maintaining efficient and effective use of time
• Provide technical advice on all PERI products to customers and associates PERI employees
• Ensure work is carried out safely and following workplace health and safety, quality rules and country regulations
• Actively promote the supply of leading technical service and leadership by example
• Develop an understanding of PERI’s products and Technical design strategies
• Assist the Engineering Manager with the everyday running of the department including but not limited to reviewing designs, assigning workload and recruitment and development of Technical staff
