SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Experience in a Senior Design Engineer role, ideally within manufacturing.
• Understanding of design-for-manufacture principles and mechanical product design.
• Confident using CAD software and managing design documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally.
• Experience managing projects and mentoring junior engineers.

• Lead design projects from concept to production.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create practical, cost-efficient design solutions.
• Manage technical documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Support engineering planning, process improvements, and continuous development.
