Well, if you are, read on.   LET’S TELL YOU MORE   To do this role you will have experience of designing UK clean water networks and a robust understanding of CDM regulations in the design process.   You will deliver projects to programme, within budget, to the correct quality standards. Be part of developing the future design team!   To do this role you will need to.   Work to CDM 2015 Understand STW H+S standards Be (or work towards being) principal designer Build, Drive & Manage your own programme Deliver to agreed timescales Design Clean Water Networks Understand hydraulics within a water system Understand pipe connectivity Work with hydraulic Modellers to optimise designs Design with carbon reduction in mind Prepare Key Deliverable documents Undertake site visits Attend and input at site meetings Develop and build relationships Engage & influence stakeholders Engage in third party liaison Work in a dynamic team Work with minimal supervision Learn and deliver to current regulations Mentor team where appropriate Challenge standards   You’ll take projects right through from project inception through optioneering, outline and detailed design and construction support.   WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR   Of course it’s important that we attract the right skill sets, and those with the right experience but we value character, positivity and a caring attitude in equal weight.   We want people who show up and roll their sleeves up.
