Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and optimizing structural and architectural designs, ensuring projects are delivered with accuracy, innovation, and efficiency. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • 7–10 years of proven experience in design engineering, preferably in [specify: construction, structural, or mechanical industry].
  • Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., ACI, BS, Eurocodes, ASME depending on discipline).
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, or SolidWorks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and approve engineering drawings, designs, and calculations.
  • Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve design issues.
  • Perform structural analysis and ensure designs are safe, cost-effective, and practical.
  • Review project specifications, BOQs, and design reports.
