Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW & PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Design Leader with an exceptional portfolio and a proven track record of excellence in both packaging, branding and digital design.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrated expertise in crafting impactful designs tailored to APAC consumers.
  • Background in global design agencies or brand-focused roles in global organisations.
  • Great communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Outgoing personality to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Passion for building brand equity through consistent, high-quality design activations and experiences.
  • Ability to champion a forward-thinking design vision that inspires and aligns with organisation’s goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver best in class design solutions.
  • Help craft briefs, build and manage relationships with external partners, alongside overseeing the output.
  • Drive a culture of design excellence and future-forward creativity across the organisation.
  • Help lead design projects that reinforce and elevate brand identity.
  • Execute and design world-class creative concepts with a hands-on approach when needed.

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design. Master’s degree in related field preferred.
  • More than 10 years of design experience within leading strategic design/creative agencies with at least 3 years’ experience for CPG brands.
  • Strong design portfolio that demonstrates design mastery in graphic design and brand identity: ideation, creative excellence, storytelling, and technical mastery.
  • Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and visual
  • A proactive and flexible mindset to drive and lead changes in dynamic-paced projects
