We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to join our team for a large Multi-Room job coming up in Wolverhampton, therefore we are looking for someone with experience in the Residential/Multi-Room market.

Oversee the preconstruction phase of projects, ensuring designs meet client specifications and regulatory requirements

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to create cost-effective and efficient designs
  • Manage the project design budget and timeline
  • Work closely with the client team liaising on multiple projects
  • Maintain effective communication with the customer on all agreed actions to ensure that any issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Lead design team meetings & provide regular updates to senior management on project progress.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to company standards and industry regulations.
  • Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Implement & maintain quality control procedures throughout the design & construction process
