Overview Brand Design Manager : Takes ownership of the visual identity for specific brands in the portfolio, working in collaboration with the Design director, Brand teams, insights teams, and the global design team while leading design team members. Generates creative design proposals (visions, scenarios, concepts) to visualize the desired output and share it with internal and external team members. Participates in research activities and effectively translates customer needs into actionable design requirements. Translate those requirements into design solutions for social media, digital, and EC environments. Responsible for driving to final design recommendations, decisions, and design approval to enable artwork execution/production phases. Ensure thorough consideration of all project variables and that the final solution will perform as planned. Responsibilities Strategic Vision and Support: Ability to understand and support design strategies in line with business goals, contributing to enhancing user experience across digital and offline platforms with a focus on brand design. Team Participation and Learning: Actively participate in diverse teams, fostering creativity and innovation. Engage in learning opportunities within the team, especially in aspects of brand design related to user experience. Design Adaptability: Adaptability to changing trends and user preferences. Willingness to adjust design approaches based on user feedback and market evolution. Comfort with Ambiguity: Ability to navigate uncertain or changing requirements in experience design projects, with a readiness to tackle challenges in 3D design and user interaction. Collaboration within Matrix Structure: Working effectively within a matrixed organization, contributing to projects that involve various stakeholders, such as technical, vendors, and marketing teams. Stakeholder Engagement and Learning: Developing skills in engaging with both internal and external teams, contributing to 3D design solutions that meet user needs. Learning to communicate design ideas and rationales effectively. Innovative Design Contribution: Eager to contribute to innovative and user-centered design concepts, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in a dynamic project environment. Continuous Learning in Design Trends: Active engagement in learning about current trends, technologies, and practices in both digital and offline design, with a focus on 3D user experience design. Developing skills in creating engaging and practical user experiences and branding. Qualifications 6+ years of deep brand design experience Graphic designer Degree or similar (not a must) English language proficient (written and spoken) Extraordinary design taste and skill Extraordinary ability in using the Adobe Creative Suite software ( 3D software is a Plus) Ability to work in a dynamic work environment; is comfortable with risk and uncertainty Effectively communicates with internal & external stakeholders across all levels. Works well with others to deliver results; keeps others informed to avoid unnecessary surprises The capability to develop and visualize concepts through hand sketching or computer software An incurable curiosity relating to all design things Great passion for new and creative trends Highly collaborative Team-oriented, brainstorming sessions, or presenting in front of other team members Ability to work smoothly with a fast-paced interdisciplinary team. Demonstrate a clear “point of view” relating to their design Open and optimistic with entrepreneurship Can work under pressure Portfolio required.
