This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project. You’ll be responsible for: Develops and delivers elements of the annual business plan within agreed deadlines and budgets. Leads and manages design resources while overseeing daily design operations across projects. Prepares and presents performance data and KPIs to project and functional leadership teams. Supports business development, work-winning activities, and strategic growth initiatives. Ensures compliance with management systems, roles, and responsibilities across project teams. Acts as the focal point for all design-related matters and drives improvements to delivery plans, tools, and processes. Supports procurement strategies and contractual/legal aspects while promoting technical excellence and effective communication. Collaborates with PMO and wider teams, leverages organisational knowledge, and supports net zero carbon objectives through proactive emissions management. You’ll need to have: Relevant degree or equivalent. Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body and ongoing professional development. Proven leadership in health, safety and wellbeing, delivering measurable outcomes and embedding best practice. Effective communicator with analytical capability and ability to engage, influence and build trusted stakeholder relationships. Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
