About you:You have worked in a design system team or as a contributor to a design system initiative. You have led engineers in complex cross-team projects. Ideally, in a multi-platform setting. You have practical experience working with multiple platforms (web + iOS/Android/React Native) You are a strong communicator, capable of representing diverse interests. You are a systems thinker, comfortable navigating in ambiguity. Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying if you feel you’re the kind of person described above! Why you’ll love it here:Play a direct role in shaping the user experience of one of Europe’s leading platforms.
