REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of design experience, developing and creating for digital / social strategies + campaigns, including website graphic elements
Strong skill set in conceptualizing, brainstorming, illustration/design, and collaboration to create strategically focused campaigns
The ability to understand, absorb, and execute on direction and constructive criticism
A strong aptitude for time management, organization, and communication
Strong skill set for storytelling and the ability to tailor your content/ideas through multiple brand voices on a variety of platforms
The ability to effectively collaborate with various teams, providing the most useful guidance in an enthusiastic and inspiring manner
A deep understanding of platform best practices as well as be willing to learn and execute the unique Mozi Media approach for each

As a Senior Designer at our esteemed company, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually stunning and engaging graphics, with a primary focus on editing IG reels, youtube shorts and tiktok content you will be a short-form specialist and may also do longer videos 4-5 minute vlog styles similar to David Dobrik, Nelk Boys, etc style of content.
You will collaborate closely with our content creators, marketing team, and other stakeholders to ensure that our visual content is not only aesthetically pleasing but also aligns with our brand identity and objectives
