SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER – LUXURY WATERFRONT PROPERTIES

We are seeking a dynamic, highly creative Senior Interior Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced designer who thrives in fast-paced, high-level environments and is passionate about creating distinctive, luxury spaces for complex waterfront properties.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of interior design experience, with a portfolio showcasing high-end residential projects (luxury or waterfront experience preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software.
• Strong ability to conceptualize and produce 3D models and photorealistic renderings.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, building systems, and materials.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to clients and adapt on the fly.
• Proven track record of working with discerning clients and delivering exceptional results.
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field.

• Lead the design process from concept to completion for luxury residential projects.
• Develop and present innovative design concepts that align with client vision and project goals.
• Meet regularly with clients to present ideas, provide design direction, and adapt concepts in real time.
• Create detailed 3D models and high-quality renderings to clearly communicate design intent.
• Collaborate with architects, builders, and consultants to ensure design integrity during construction.
• Attend site visits and provide on-site consultation throughout project phases.
• Oversee design documentation and ensure accuracy of specifications, drawings, and materials.
