The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Designer to join our Creative Studio and lead the delivery of high‑quality creative across digital, print, video, motion and presentation design. In this role, you’ll combine exceptional creative execution with strategic thinking, project ownership and strong stakeholder collaboration. You’ll translate business objectives into practical, commercially effective and visually compelling creative solutions and you’ll challenge briefs when needed to get to the best outcome.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll help shape how our studio operates: driving consistency, refining workflows, improving processes and supporting best practice across all creative production. You’ll work closely with designers, videographers, developers, producers and stakeholders across marketing, learning, technology and the broader business.

You’ll also play a key role in evolving Connective’s creative capability, embracing AI‑enabled design tools, scalable creative systems and continuous improvement to lift quality, efficiency and capacity across the studio.

About You

You’re an experienced, multidisciplinary designer who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. You balance creativity with commercial thinking, and you’re confident leading projects from concept through to delivery.

Experience & Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline
• 6+ years in senior design or multidisciplinary creative roles
• Advanced capability across Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Strong working knowledge of Canva, scalable design systems and template governance
• Experience designing for digital, print, presentation, motion graphics and video
• Understanding of videography fundamentals (composition, framing, lighting)
• Exposure to web design and working alongside developers is a bonus
• Comfortable using M365, including PowerPoint
