Key responsibilities

Senior Designer:

• Lead and own creative design streams across campaigns, brand systems, spatial, digital, and social channels
• Turn complex client briefs into clear, compelling, and commercially sharp visual concepts
• Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, media, and account teams to elevate agency standards
• Pitch and present design concepts with confidence to clients and internal stakeholders

Designer:

• Craft, design and roll out creative assets, brand systems, and visual updates across digital, social, print, and collateral
• Build, format, and animate HTML5/display banners, social assets, and motion graphics
• Work to strict despatch deadlines while maintaining precision and standards
• Assist in setting up final design artwork, managing layouts, formatting assets, and handling multi-format resizes
• Collaborate with creative teams, developers, and account managers to meet strict launch deadlines
